BIS Services never cancelled

I switched over to Samsung Galaxy S2 over a year ago. I once phoned Vodacom to cancel my BIS services as I did not need it anymore with a Samsung device. The service of R60 was still active after that I only realized that after doing a sim swop in wonderpark VodaShop. I then asked the guy to cancel it on the system as I got a Galaxy S3 with a micro sim. The service still was not cancelled. I went through my account last night and saw that It was still active, I then phoned Vodacom again and cancelled it for the 3rd time. So I was payng a year for a service never used. Thanks Vodacom.
