Sim swop issues

On Wednesday, 16 October 2013, I did a micro sim swop at vodacom vodaworld customer care opposite blackberry. I got a new phone and the old phone had the old sim card type. They advise that i need to change my number onto the micro sim cards which i paid for "had done". Thursday, 18 October i went back as nothing happened to swop my number. Then Courtney said to me she guarantee me the new phone would be sorted with my old number today. Now this morning i called the customer care just to find they dont have any record of my number having a sim swop. So what is this meaning to me. Overpromised and under delivered. This is unacceptable honestly. Now apparently Courtney emailed me and said "something was wrong with my micro sim" i am really very upset
