Terrible customer service - Sim swap request

I recently bought a phone that uses a micro sim & I have an existing standard sim that I have been using for the past 10 years. I have not made calls or loaded airtime on this number (0733197492) for a period of 6 months because I have a company phone that I use to make calls, I only receive calls, sms's & also use it for internet banking. I bought a micro sim (0832468248) on the 6 Nov & called 173 to do a sim swap so that I can use my old number on the new micro sim. I was asked verification questions which I failed because I hadn't made calls or loaded air time on this number. when I explain this to them they gave me an attitude & told me to go & think about my answers & call them back. This has happened 3 times. I even went to the police station and got an affidavit and sent it 3 times to them. I called today from the 073 number and spoke with Ntobeni who said I must call back from the 083 number (micro sim). When I called the second time I spoke with Kelebohile who said I need to buy another micro sim card and RICA it and discard the one I already bought on the 6th of November. If it wasn't for the fact that I've had this number for so long I would get a Vodacom micro sim.
