I bought a micro sim card on Saturday. I called MTN to do sim swap. I was told it would take 2 to 24 hrs. I called again yesterday and was told it would take another 24 hrs. I called now and was told that nothing is even registered on the system. The guy took my name and asked 2 questions and told me I had failed the check. I mean really ask me more question. I have had been on MTN since 1998. I was singing their praises when I bought this phone from Vodacom. I am porting. This is absolute rubbish.
