I have tried to speak to MTN Management, but they seem to be too busy in meetings, on leave, on lunch on whatever, but they are JUST NEVER AVAILBLE! I am not happy with your explanation and/or response to my request for information and complain. Why don't you just pick up the phone and give me a call to talk about my concern and let's sort this out? Or give me a number where I can talk to you / your Customer Service Manager? I have been in your store in Canal Walk and the customer service manager promised me she will phone me back - that was more than a week ago, but no call - just broken promises and customer service representatives who are NOT willing to take responsibility and help customers!
