On 21/01/13 i went to collect my order from their store and i was told that they do not have the new stock for the pedastals and the offered to give me the ones on the floor by the sales lady. i requested the to talk to the manager so that if there are damages we can negotiate a discount or have some form of agreement on waht to do instead of cancelling the entire order. Rita who was the manager present refused to talk to me at first with an attitude saying she was busy. i went and checked the pedastals and asked the sales lady to call the manager again. i went to the manager and she said with attitude to the sales lady again, that she had no time for this she was busy, then she said to me what, what do you want shouting without greeting. i called her to order that im a customer and thats not a way to talk to a customer. i need a genuine apology from her, the branch manager in writting and that she should be taken for a customer service course to be taught that customers are both black and white. i need the pedestals to be replaced with new ones and delivered to my house at their own cost. the items i collected didnt even have an installation manual i had to figure them out myself
