All talk and NO action!!

Long story short, I was the 1st customer to open contract at new franchise store in canal walk and 1st 25 customers to sIgn a new contract would receive a free E Reader, hence why I waited for the opening store special. Sales agent. Wynand was very keen and friendly, filled in paperwork and made copies of ness docs but wen it came to the phone I wanted I was told they did not have it in store at the moment but they will try and sorce it from another branch and they should have it in store the following day, or even later in the afternoon was Wynands exact words to me! I waited till 10h00 the following morn, tried to call them but was unable to reach anybody as no store number avail and then went into branch to find out what's going on, only to encounter a manager with an attitude as when asked of her to find out when my handset will be ready, goes to the back of the store slamming the door in response! Mariam the manager then takes her own time to call whoever she needs promises us feedback via email or tel. Subsequently I have left. 2 voicemess an hour apart and no response at all! Not even a courtesy call to say they are busy with my issue! left the store @ 12h30 now close to 6pm, 2 mess lefT
