Hi all

So i complained last week, about my xperia z, which is 6 months old, that i was quoted R4500, to repair. The gentleman from Vodacoms hellopeter response was brilliant and efficient.

But yet the Voda store in Canal Walk fails, i was told i would get a response by Friday, why my imie number wasn't registered to vodacom. The lady handling my case, went on leave and tracy took over.

I called the store thrice on Friday to get a response and left 3 Messages, each time she wasn't at her desk. I asked to speak to a manager on 2 of the occasions, once apparently there was no manger and he went home, second time he was busy, and did return my call but i missed it.

Today i call speak to tracy at 10.10am, she apologizes and said she'll get back to me in a hour, 2hrs 20mins later nothing. I then called and her response was she: vodacom his off line, but promises to sort it out by today.

Vodacom it is 2weeks later and you still have my phone, my average spend is R1500 and my phone is directly linked to my business. How much more money should i spend to get a service provided?
