Unable to get phone transferred to pvt name

Over the last 6 months both my husband and I have tried to get his cell phone moved from his company to his private name. The last two attempts were at the end of November where my husband had to go to Cresta not once, but TWICE. The first time the lost the paperwork.
The second time it appears they also threw his form away. The call centre can do nothing (they tried) and I can't do this any other way then through a walk in centre. Cresta is useless. They can not give us reference numbers, when we went back to query they asked us for a copy of the form, which they could not and did not give us. So now we are AGAIN!!!
I now have to give up another 2 hours of my life to go and argue with employees who have no clue and no incentive to get the job done. I have to regenerate the paperwork because there are no records of anything anywhere.
Cresta claims ignorance (I can attest to that). The funny thing? They managed to change the bank account to the private account... so happened to the transfer of the name? THe company is closed and I will NEVER do business directly with Vodacom again. It took Nashua Mobile 72 hrs to do this and I had to make changes.
