Very Dissapointing Service

I had booked in my phone for repairs on the 05/01/2013 at the mtn store. I was told the phone might take up to 10 working days provided there was sufficient stock of repair, parts etc. I called in numerous times and spoke to shaun regarding the phone and if it had been back, he was very helpful. On the 18/05/2013, whilie at the mall i went to the store and they said it still hadn't come back from the repair centre. Yesterday, the 23/01/2012, i called the repair centre only to find out they had never received the phone and that it shows that the phone left the store on the 22/01/2013 and is with the couriers! I called the store, spoke to ester who tells me the phone only left on the 22/01/2013 because it had to be booked in manually! I dont understand how it takes a store 18 days to manually book a phone for repairs. I have been to by the staff at this mtn store and i am not impressed with this! I pay for my phone, i need my phone! I could have received this phone by now. My phone had been lying in this store for 18 days, i dont even know what could have been happenining with it since! I need this phone urgently, i will not wait any longer because of incompetent staff!
