About a mont ago I transferred my phone number from Vodacom to Cell C because Cell C had the best deals on the new Samsung Galaxy S4. At the time the shop in Cresta didn't have the phone and said they would transfer me and give me a month to month contract until they have the phone. Once they get the phone they will then give me a correct contract with the phone. It is now 4 weeks later and still nothing. I understand that there is no stock and that is fine, but since then if I don't phone the shop no-one contacts me. Plus if I phone it takes for ever (sometimes 16 attempts) to get the right person. Finally today the now said maybe I should rather go through Cell C Direct (084 145) and get the phone through them. Phone them and they said it is better to go through the shop. So it really feels like I am now being passed around and that no-one wants to take repsonsibility or assist me. All I want is one contact person that will assist me even if I have to wait.
