I have a contract with mtn for my iphone for over 2 months now, but have still not had the chance to use the phone because mtn sent me a broken iphone. I sent the phone in for a warranty assessment and it came back with the same fault. Then i sent the phone in for a normal repair on the 2nd of January and have still not heard from mtn. I have made numerous calls to 0839000349, and no one seems to know whats going on. I spend hours trying to get hold of the supervisors who do not give me feedback on my phone or quaries!! I have spoken to Tshepo, Busisiwe, and the supervisor Senlot (ref: 95956218) who was supposed to call me on the 21st of this month but still no word from him.
