I took my faulty Iphone to MTN's walk in service centre for assessment and repair. They booked it in, gave me a reference number and asked that I contact them in 3 hours. After 3 hours, I called them and was informed that they finished the assessment and that I can come and collect my new replacement phone (it was still under warranty). At the time, I was impressed, but thought it was industry norm, until I recently had to take my wife's iphone to Vodacom - 7 days and still waiting...
