Still no feedback following the lack of coverage for 11 months of a 12 month product term. Blanche promised a solution. Do I need to apply the process through the consumer protector?
There has still been no feedback provided following Johnathan's findings to Blanch Opperman of no coverage for my parents purchase of a 12 month product. It was shown that the coverage excluded the area in which they live contrary to Cell Cs website.
Please advise.
