Tumelo at mtn thabong lost my phone due for repai

I took in my phone at MTN thabong a blackberry bold 9790 for repairs by 24 hr mobility when i went to get my phone I was told there was an armed at the store and that my phone was one of the phones taken. It's almost five months nw I gave my phone to eezy who later reffered me to the manager whom I only know as Tumelo. He refused to give me his last name and he has not been helpful. They both have to me repeatedly and promised my phone would be replaced. Tumelo even gave me the wrong numbers (0831808) for head office when i wanted to lay a complaint.
