On the 16th May 2013, my daughter went to fetch her contract HTC from Rosebank Malll MTN store. A consultant (Tumelo) did his part of providing the information that was needed. 5 days after my daughter still cannot dial out. She was told that she needed to Rica, but Tumelo had already done that. He called the Rica department whilst we were in the store, THE SO CALLED BIG bosses were giving him hard time. They treat their own consultant like nothing, he went as far as telling them that his was not a customer and that us as customer were the ones putting bread on the so-called boss. For the past 5 days he is been struggling to get my daughter's phone to work. You can't even tell Tumelo what the problem is, you keep telling him that the problem has been solved liars.
