I was totally in love with the new Clio 4 & after bad service from the Nelspruit branch, I called Middelburg's Eastvaal Motors. The best thing I could have done. Right from the cheerful sounding ladies who answer the phones to the wonderful, helpful salesman named Tumelo, it was an awesome experience. There was nothing too big nor too small for these guys to assist with. Tumelo truly went the extra mile for us & even delivered my new Clio 4 to me in Nelspruit! And called me the next day to find out if I was even more in love with my Clio after driving it for a day. WELL DONE TO RENAULT MIDDELBURG & TUMELO TSOTETSI!! You guys rock. This is what true customer service is all about.
