8ta gives me 'new' phone which was actually old

After all the hassle my Blackberry bold 9790 gave me the minute I took out my contract with 8ta, there was a problem from day one with the phone (mainly software and screen flashes), after complaining and nothing was done (I had laid a previous complaint on here-yet nobody contacted me) I finally took my phone in for repairs. When phoning to tell my my phone was ready (2 and a half LONG weeks later) they told me they just giving me a new phone but with my same battery for the phone that went in for repairs (IT HONESTLY TOOK 2 AND HALF WEEKS TO GIVE ME A NEW PHONE). The next day of using the phone i noticed the screen is giving me light flashes (its flickering a lot) when taking it to my friend he said that the phone had been worked on and THAT WAS NOT A NEW PHONE, INDEED IT WAS SOMEONE ELSE OLD PHONE, and not to mention they gave the phone to me in my hands and the bottom strip wasn't EVEN IN PROPERLY (WHICH PROVES IT ISN'T A NEW PHONE AND IT WAS OLD) I'm not letting this phone go in for repairs AGAIN and i expect a new phone and this matter sorted from 8ta ASAP OTHERWISE CANCEL MY CONTRACT!! so so upset, over and over again. I hope 8ta contacts me ASAP.
