Having just converted my Vodacom contract to prepaid due to poor service and being tired of being ripped off on charges, I tried to buy prepaid airtime on their website. They say it's easy to do this. Let their CEO try!
Go on to the website and register. This is easy. Then try to buy prepaid. Click on buy prepaid and you are directed to the online store login. Try to login to the online store with your new registration details and Hey Presto: error message, saying sorry they are unable to log you in. So how do you buy airtime online?

Tried to call them to ask how you do this. There is no national call centre number, but you can send a call back. Sent a call back: still waiting...

This on top of all the dropped calls and poor data service from Vodacon. In Ghana they fine cellphone companies for poor service levels to consumers. Why don't they do it here?
