I APPLIED TWICE FOR AN ADSL LINE, AND IT WAS DECLINED DUE TO THE FACT THAT TELKOM DOES NOT HAVE THE MONEY TO BUILD THE LINE FOR ME. NOW I AM GETTING BILLED R300 A MONTH FOR SOMETHING I DO NOT HAVE HAVE. I HAVE RECEIVED A PHONE CALL CONFIRMING THAT THE ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CLOSED, BUT HOW IS THE BILL THEN GENERATED??? INCOMPETENCE? TRYING TO MAKE A QUICK BUCK??
