I've been with Autopage for 13 years, but decided it go direct with MTN. and this is where the nightmare started. It took MTN 2 months to get my number moved from Autopage, but after escalating the matter a million times it was resolved. If only I know that this would be the start of all my issues.
1) The contract that I signed state that I it's a MY 200 contract, but without written consent from me, MTN is billing me R320.00 in stead of R300.00. there was no written agreement of this between the two parties.
2) NO itemised billing.
3) for some reason unknown to me, my R200 just does not last at all (not like when I was by Autopage) I have to buy airtime twice a month, and it just keep on disappearing, I made one short phone call with a R50.00 gone.
4) Even though I have a contract, when phoning the 083 1808. it tells me a am not a valid contract holder and cannot use this number. ( I have no means of getting hold of anyone then)
5) No means to see where my airtime is going.
I would like to end the contract between us ASAP.
