I am on MTN Pay as you go. Every time I load airtime, it depletes daily! Last month I loaded R180 and within a week it disappeared! I called 173 and they said I was subscribed to a service which they cancelled for me as well as gave me a USSD code to make sure I am not subscribed to any service. It helped. I loaded another R180 card and all I purchased was the R59 uncapped BIS for my blackberry. However since last week my air time went from R122.99 to R47!!! All I purchased was an uncapped BIS! I have not made any calls nor sent any sms's! You people are my airtime! I demand that you figure out what the issue is! I cannot be charged for DATA as I have NOT downloaded anything and I do have uncapped BIS for browsing! I WANT A REFUND!!!
