I am very frustrated by this company and its people, Logged a complained about my airtime disappearing and i get a response saying "I HAD MULTIPLE PAGES OPENED AND DEPLETED MY AIRTIME (RAND VALUE) AND NOT MY DATA BUNDLE, where is common sense on this response.you don't have to be technical to see that i m being around here. I work for an Internet service provider, i ll have free WiFi at work why would i chose to use my mobile data over that and i know how the internet works, How fast it their internet for a person to use up R168.00 worth of airtime in less than 25 mins.open a few page is not the same as downloading even if that was the case i don't think the stupid network has the capacity to download anything at that rate, SO CAN I PLEASE HAVE A REASONABLE ANSWER PLEASE.i m getting fed up with this garbage!!! this is absolutely Rubbish
