Ad service again and again

Dear Sir/Madam I am extremely disappointed with the service I've received from Telkom. I have a Telkom home line for many of year and have encountered many issues over tge years. During the week of Fathers day last month my home land line wasn't working from that Thursday to Sunday hence We couldn't keep in touch with our children overseas and in Johannesburg. Thanks to Telkom my kids coukd communicate to us. I didn't have a phone contact telkom until my neighbour came back from holiday and lent me het phone to call you'll. I contact your call centre being transferred from pillar to post, almost every staff member I have to explain one thing so many times incompetent staff. I eventually spoke to a lady who assured me that I will get one week and weekend rebate back into my account (You can listen to the recording). When I called the other day to query about my refund your staff mentioned there is data on the system. I would like to receive a refund ad promised and please cancel my weekender subscription ad we can't afford it because we are pensioners and every cent counts.
