I first had problems with my Blackberry Bold i got through the contract with Nashua Mobile in July 2013. I took it to Nashua they told me that they are sending it to MTN as the owner of the device. I collected it days later and I was told that i have been given a new phone. To my surprise it still had the same problems, then I again I had to drive from Pretoria to Midrand to get the phone fixed. I was told that it was the data problems the consultant fixed it but the same night i had the same problems. The phone was switching itself off randomly when you receive the message or receiving a call or about to make a call. I felt very unsafe if I am in trouble I would not have able to ask for help. I went back to Nashua for the fourth time and I was told to go to the MTN repair centre, I did go, again I was told that i have been given a new phone and it will not give me problems. This now its give problems again, it started like it is looking for the Reception and started freeze. I am so frustrated and I asked with Nashua if they can not give me another brand not a blackberry and take this one back as my contract is only due for upgrade next year, they refused.
