I'm on a Blackberry contract, got a BB Bold 9900 which off cours worked perfectly the first 7 days and then started giving me all sorts of problems starting with rejecting my sim card so had to get a new sim card but still had the same problem!!! Then it started with the little clock in the middle of the screen and freezing and the battery swelling up and the phone switching itself on and off in and out of my service provider with this horrible phone I got my 3rd phone now but can not use it because I have to buy a new battery and memory card first and this is all in the 2 year contract that I took out which isn't over yet so i'm paying for something I can not use which is pretty much unacceptable!!! And unfortunately this is my second Blackberry that is doing exactly the same thing!!! Can't wait to upgrade to any other phone except BLACKBERRY!!! WORST PHONE THEY EVER MADE!!! Have never had so many problems with any other phone ever except my 2 Blackberries!!!
