I sent my Blackberry Bold 9900 in for repairs as the Micro SD card reader was not working and the space bar was working when it felt like it. I phone MTNSP today to ask what is happening and they basically tell me that its not them but Blackberry who are the problem, so if you actually give a about your customers MTN and Blackberry is the problem then why do you offer Blackberry phones on contract. I have been with MTN for more than 10 years and honestly the customer service just gets worse every year. One year left and you will not see me again
