Good day, i am a very dissapionted customer with the Poor Service i have received on my query dated from November last year when i entered into my new Cell C Contract. They sold me a contract BB 9360 with free minutes airtime, SMS's and Free BES for 24 months. i am still waiting for my BES to be activated since last year and i have called the Customer service centre on several occasions which promise after promise was made to resolve my issue. the Last reference number was: 3012103637 which nobody came back to me yet.
can you please end my nightmare that i'm having with you as my Service provider. I must say This is the poorest service ever received from a Provider. I had to Buy my own BES service while it was promise part of my contract up to now. Please resolve this matter urgently
