For two months I've been trying to upgrade my contract and be moved to platinum (which i'm told I am eligible for). I've sent through numerous copied of ID, forms, made 20 calls and all I get is ' we'll get back to you'. Nobody ever does. Last request on 5th August still hasn't been responded to. Nobody at the call centres have a clue, with today being the end of a long line of bad excuses and more promises that will be undoubtedly broken...
