After my dad passed away on 15 August 2012, my mum becomes eligible for a portion of his pension. Despite numerous telephone calls and several vague promises made by Thobile, the monies are still outstanding. She always states that she will investigate the reason for the delay and promises to call back, but never does. I left three messages for her to call me urgently today (Tues 15/10/2013), but she hasn't called back as yet. The first call was made at 13h30, the second at 15h00, and the third call at 16h10. What a pathetic service!!!
