Prepaid charged daily for internet without access

Complaint to Hellopeter - Space is insufficient to detail issues for complaint - Cut long story short coz there is lots of relevant detail Vodacom simply debit my prepaid amounts every day for 99 c for online facility or content and everynow and then R4.50 or more - I cannot see wat it is bit noticed these amounts on the statement available online within the billing section.
I discovered this initially wen I loaded a R5 voucher and did not even allow one sms to be sent! This is a crafty method of deducting 99cents everyday coz one would not notice it with bigger airtime inputs. Im told its for online content. I originally disputed this coz I cannot go online with this phone from time I purchased it new abt 3 mths ago till now - its states"an unknown error has occurred" please try again later etc etc Im at pc entire day dont require online wit ph also screen too small -useless! When abt 6 wks ago noticed it was still been deducted I phoned again to complain, I was told not to load anytime for 3 days and it would be cancelled.. I did not argue for credit due coz already frustratrd disposition - So no airtime for min 3days- no time 2 recheck - Now still been charged! PURE
