Why does your store not have stock. I went in on Wednesday, 14 August as my handset would not switch on after being faulty for a long time which is probably due to the fact that it had failed failed CPA in September 2012. I was told that there is no stock and was further advised that no confirmation as to when there will be stock could be given to me. I followed up on Friday and still no stock and low and behold today after I called the branch I was told that there is still no stock and that no confirmation as to when there will be stock can be given to me.
How the heck do ur'll expect a person to be without a phone for several days. Do ur'll understand the impact that this has on a person? In this day and age, ur'll should be on top of ur'lls game but as usual ur'lls service because there seems to be a nonchalant, arrogant culture within your company, from my experience.
Over and above this, a previous issue with ur'll my money, debiting my bank account without my consent umpteenth times is with the consumer commission and I think I am escalating this tomorrow to the consumer commission as well.
