Sandros, you contacted me on 8 August 2013. Made promises that a staff member would bring me a loan modem, and collect my modem for repairs. Nothing happened. I contacted you twice on the 8th August, first call lasted 12 minutes, you were not at your desk. My second call, 13 MINUTES, you were not at your desk! My question, how do you provide a service in Customer Care if you are never at your desk, AND MAKE PROMISES to clients if you cannot deliver that service? Do you sometimes feel guilty when you receive your salary cheque, do you feel that you have done everything possible to assist a customer? Does Cell C know that you make empty promises. Are you proud of your job?? I rest my case.
