After lodging my previous complaint about Cell C's unacceptable conduct, I got the standard "this is not how we do business, person X will contact you soon" response. Sandros EVENTUALLY contacted me. He allegedly left several messages on my South African number, although I clearly stated that I am now living in Australia. Sandros did not resolve my issue, but just stopped responding to my e-mails. I have tried to follow up with him several times, but he seems to be ignoring me. From what I can gather he just can't be bothered to do his job. And why would he be bothered? Nobody else at Cell C does their jobs, and it seems to work out just fine. ABSOLUTELY SICK OF YOU LOT. I can't believe how easy it is for you to my money, and how difficult it is for me to get it back again.
Please see below a copy-paste response from somebody at Cell C, with another promise of being contacted by a staff member. Unfortunately Hello Peter does not see what happens in the rest of these stories (or what DOESN'T happen, more significantly).
