Contract cancellation

Last month there was a deduction from my account and then I went to vodacom shop in pinecrest to ask what it was for and I was told there was another number that was activated on my contract and I was shocked because I kknew nothing about that number, they gave me a number to phone for cacelling and I was told the contract would be cancelled in 5 days but it was never cancelled and then I was given their head office number, I told them I don't know about the other number so they told me they will forward the matter to their forensic department which was supposed to contact me within 48 hrs but till today they have not cantacted me, what's worring me is that how come vodacom opens accounts without checking signatures or having people sign any documents, now because they did not cancell the other I have to pay for 2 contracts and what's sad is that I told them of the matter straight after I noticed a deduction on my account and that is like almost a month ago, whenever I call I am also being transfered from one person to another but still I don't get help, I would really appriciate it if they would assist as soon as possible.
