I upgraded in May and was billed R 1250 for data as my data bundle had not been loaded when the contract was upgraded. After numerous calls and e mails i finally received a response via e mail. After reading the trail you can clearlly see that nobody wants to take accountability as each one asks the other to contact me. Even after contacting the Account Manager Raeleen this issue is still not resolved. In fact she has not responded to my last 3 e mail follow ups on this, so much for customer service. My next billing is coming up and the matter has not been resolved.
I have wasted enough of my time on this issue and have now resorted to this. Whats the use in locking a client in for a 2 year contract when the service is so poor. Had the consultant that did the upgrade advised the correct info i would not have been in this position. You keep getting shoved from one person to the other, try calling the 808 number and you get stuck after you key in your cell number, when you get through u get told to dial another number for business. When u get there they cant help u. And finally when u get to the accounts manager u think its going to be sorted. No such luck.
