Well I have been trying to get this resolved since the 15th March 2013. The customer service at Cell C is non existent. The quicker you resolve your clients requests the quicker you will have them off your back and no complaints on Hello Peter.
1. I use Wi Fi during office hours yet my data disappears over night.
2. Every Month the 15th your minutes etc. get loaded but after making 1 call for 10 minutes there was no minutes. Is this how you fool customers with the "1 rand per minute"
3. I Keep emailing & phoning Ayanda she promises to get back to me and that the Data Tech will call me. Still waiting for that call.
4. Empty promises that Ayanda will get back to me and how SHOCKED Cell C is that she hasn't resolved this & the fact that u don't even know whether your staff is at work to sort this issue out.
My line 0722036466 is not receiving emails &no one can assist. REALLY Is this the standard of cust service a person can expect?
That is clearly the standard you set when you don't care about a customer. I might be 1 client but I am still a client whether I spend 80 000 pm or 1000 pm.
I wonder if I will get assisted. Pleading & asking doesn't help. Let me know what will?
