I'm not sure if there is some other problem or if Cell C just doesn't give a, but if you look at my history you have promised me responses as follows:
12 August 2013: A competent person will contact me regarding my problem
23 August 2013: Sandros has been notified, expect to hear from him shortly.
Neither of these has occurred, so I'm left with only one conclusion- either the replies I got were outright, or there is just not enough care at your company to worry about one little complaint.
Disgusted.
