Broken promises

I have received this response from Cell C after I made a compliant:

This is a cause for concern and we disappointed to note that you are yet to receive the necessary assistance.

We have requested that Sandros investigates further and reverts with the necessary feedback. Do expect a call from him soon. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

I have had no response as yet and this is seriously disappointing and this also proves Cell C's pathetic service. I am done with Cell C and I demand that I be refunded for the monies that was taken from me and also I do not wish to ever have a contract with them either.

Cell C is the worse supplier there has ever been :-(
