Unacceptable Service & continuous mistakes

I recently requested a premature upgrade on my one number to obtain the iPhone 5S. I phoned in and it was after a long session, approved. I was then told it is on back order. I phoned in the next week to hear about update on the stock situation. I was told on Tuesday that they've got stock and there was a problem with the nano sims and was told it will be dispatched the following day. I contacted Vodacom the next day and was told it will be released the afternoon. I phoned RAM who told me that they didn't receive my phone. Phoned Vodacom again and then suddenly again, no stock. I then asked if I can get the same upgrade at a Vodashop with stock and it was confirmed, it can be done. Phoned a vodashop and was then told that I've got to make a pay in of R5k. They must have made a mistake but it was confirmed. Phoned Vodacom thereafter several times and requested an answer. And now suddenly the number in question is a prepaid number???!!! I've made numerous calls and now again it's been referred to senior people. WHY HASN'T THIS BEEN DONE ALREADY AND WHY MUST I CONTINUOUSLY ASK FOR FEEDBACK!!! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE GIVEN THE FACT THAT I PAY VODACOM AT LEAST R1300 PM. Step UP!!
