INEFFICIENT ALL ROUND UPGRADE SERVICE

I phoned my Vodacom Shop 6 weeks ago to make sure that this time they have phones in stock for my upgrade that is due today. They put their order in and showed me that they did, they again checked 2 weeks ago to make sure that the stock will be with them today. Needless to say Vodacom warehouse, as usual in their super inefficient way, have not delivered!!! Last time I had to wait 3 MONTHS for my update, this time I am not interested in waiting at all. I am informing all my clients, with big Vodacom business contracts, to all cancel their contract with Vodacom tomorrow if I do not have my upgrade by this afternoon.
