Phone line cut off

Good day to you it is once again I call on someone to help with issues regarding 8Ta/Telkom mobile. I have had endless trouble from this service provider and every month the phone gets cut off due to someone not doing their job properly. I instructed these incapable human beings numerously to adjust my debit order but alas it was never done. I hereby ask in writing to Someone of highest authority to take hold of this matter and restore it accordingly. I spoke to Dumisela at 08:49 today 16-08-2013 and she told me the line has been disconnected. I spoke to A "manager by the name of Terence"he told me to speak to NU-DEPT ACCOUNTS, then transferred me to someone by the name of Magrita who told me to speak to someone else somewhere else and put me through to a line which just rang and rang till it went dead. I demand someone to get this in order I am going to the newspapers and lawyers. These people have been phoning me and with no proper knowledge of what is what have not been able to do a job what they are there to do. Please I ask you to please have this sorted out once and for all and if I can terminate this junk SO LET IT BE
