I never had any bad service from MTN. I feel indeverent for posting this complaint. Hopefully someone phones me, and we can turn this frown to a smile.
All I want is to cancel/settle my contract, and pay the settlement amount.
I phoned 808 from my cell:
-Spoke to Shonese, was transferred, spent 15 minutes on hold. Line got disconnected
-Spoke to Zinzi, was transferred, spent 15 minutes on hold. Line got disconnected
-Spoke to Mapitso, repeated my whole story, was transferred, spent 15 minutes on hold. Line got disconnected
-Spoke to Goodness, repeated my whole story for the fourth time, was transferred, spent 15 minutes on hold. Line got disconnected
-Spoke to Bongani, repeated my story for the fifth time, Bongani took my details, Told me Someone will phone me back
- Later the afternoon, I received a call. I was told I need to go to a MTN store and speak to rep, who will assist me.
- The next day I went to MTN in Festival Mall Kempton Park. I was then told they cannot help me, I must phone 083 1 808, and speak to a consultant... what??? you must be joking!
So round and round it goes... where it stops no one knows.
