Unfortunately I have taken a contract with 8ta, My debit order went off on the 01/03/2013 BUT they still disconnected my line and my internet service! I called yesterday evening and spoke to an agent who said that they will log a complaint and call me back! When i phoned this morning the complaint was never logged and when i asked to speak to a manager I was told that the people at the back office DO NOT TAKE CALLS!!
I want them to sort this out because this is a business phone! I will bill 8ta for business lost!! I need the lazy managers to get off their and solve this matter urgently!!! There is also another mess up that they made on my account, where 2 different contracts were taken out and now they combined it and also over charging me!!!
Worst service provider ever!!
