On the 18th of April 2013 my phone went dead. It is now a week and it is still out of order. The call centre is useless. They say it is a bulk fault and cannot be escalated. The call centre managers are even worse. I asked to speak to someone who can tell me when the phone will be repaired and one lady told me she would transfer me to someone and after 5 minutes of silence I ended the call. Another manager, Patroza, told me he would call me back on my cell phone. About an hour later he called and assured me that my line and ADSL were repaired. I was out at the time, and when I got back the line was still dead. Telkom, I need to speak to someone who can tell me what is going on, and not someone from a call centre.
