My debit order did not go off, I have no idea why but two weeks later telkom mobile decides to just cut my line which I use for business without notifying me of anything!!! I didn't even know that the debit ordet didnt go off, surely an sms or phone call alerting me to this would have been the correct procedure because I would have paid immediately!!! I have had nothing but from 8ta/telkom mobile and I cant wait to just terminate this contract with them and stop as many people as i can from making the same mistake I did!!!
