My internet connection speed was quite slow for two days. On day two I decided to contact the 10210 number (taken from the Telkom site) in order to establish what the problem is. The first person to answer was a lady by the name of Nandipa, she was friendly and after checking my internet line, she advised that she will transfer me to the accounts department..The next gentlemen performed the same checks however could not assist and transferred me to the technical team. He supplied me with a reference of 551834491. This is were my experience with TELKOM went totally sour!!! A gentlemen named Anesh answered the call. He assured me that there's no problem and said I needed to end the call and call back from another line (where do i get another line accept by using a cell) in order for my line to be inspected. I explained that I cannot call from another line and my cell phone had no airtime. His attitude than started becoming aggressive and spoke in a disdainful tone. He started raising his voice and refused to give me a chance to speak. I asked to speak to his senior and he TOLD me to put the phone down and his senior will call me. Telkom please retrieve this call and handle accordingly!!!
