Failure to repai

Over the pass 2months i have been sending my blackberry 9320 handset in for repairs to cell c Blue Route Mall, Tokai. The service i received from the store has been great but the technical repair centre in Midrand disappointing!! My handset does not want to connect to the internet, the 2nd time i sent in my handset, i received it back on 2013-08-16, just to find 2cracks next to the screen and still no internet access. The handset had been refurnished. And once again, the handset had been set in for repairs! I am highly upset and find that when my contract has expired, i will be terminating any future business with this network. I have had several disappointing encounters with cell c and feel as a valued paying customer, my needs are not met
