Telkom and their Poor Service once again

I get better service from a corner Cafe than from Telkom. On the 29th of November 2013, I logged a call that my internet line was unstable. I spoke to my service provider, and they said the reason is that my Telkom line and my Package with my service provider are set at different speeds. My service provider tried to fix it on the system but kept getting errors, so they logged the call with Telkom. Then on the 1st of December, a Telkom technician apparently went out and fixed my line. Surprise Surprise. That is exactly when my line went off completely. Every day since then I have been phoning them and all I got was one after another. It is the 5th of December today my line is still dead, my phone as well. The 2nd of December they said that they escalated the fault. The next day i phoned in again, the person I spoke to said he will escalate the fault. When I said it was done the day before he said no it was not. So who? The next day the exact same thing. Pathetic I tell you. I am finished with them. People, please start using other providers who give service so that Telkom can realise they do not own the market anymore!!! It is the 5th today 19:40, still no internet
