Phone suspended again!

Good day Sir/Madam. Once again I come asking your help. I have had so much trouble with 8Ta/Telkom Mobile with this number 0813768953, not only has it given bad coverage but every month without fail they suspend my line and I have to lick someones rear end to get it switched back on. I have had trouble with the contract from day one and am now. I want this number terminated and I want my money back. About 2 and a half weeks ago I had laid complaints and later that night I got a call from Telkom mobile asking what was the problem? After explaining to them I asked them to change the debit order amount to the invoice amount and therefor was assured it was sorted out. Today I phoned to querrie about my BIS I asked to have sorted out 2 weeks ago and the guy " Oscar " told me mu account has been suspended due to a non payment of R400 0dd rands and that after I asked to have the debit order date and amount amended. Now I ask you is there a way I can have this number contract 0813768953 revoked and compensation be paid back to me for the incompetence of 8Ta and Telkom mobile? I don't want this contract anymore. My other number works perfect with no hassles.0815902407
